The Challenge
ICS reports were hand generated using spreadsheets and imported information from various sources in different format, leading to multiple editions and corrections. This led to a lot of delay in deployment and resource planning.
What We Built
A full-stack asset tracking platform with RFID and barcode scanning at entry/exit points, plus a mobile app for floor staff. The system integrates bidirectionally with their existing ERP and maintenance management software.

The Outcome
- Asset loss incidents dropped to zero in the first six months
